  It’s a shame there are so many poor reviews for this hotel. I personally found it very good and although there room for some improvements, it ticked a lot of the boxes for me and my family who had a great time (kids aged 14,12 and 9). Food - 7/10- if you’re looking for burgers and chicken nuggets you will be disappointed. But Fresh fruit, salad, joints of meat, pasta, seafood-you will be pleased with what is on offer. The reason for a 7/10 is because of the poolside restaurant. Very poor food on offer there but fortunately the food in the main restaurant made up for it. Pool/things to do - 8/10- The pool area and slides are great fun. It never felt too busy. Can grab beds from 8 am but we did manage to get some space at 11.30 one day. I didn’t go to much of the entertainment but what was on offer seemed fine - we prefer to make our own entertainment. Staff/atmosphere - 9/10 - the staff couldn’t have been any friendlier. And everyone at the hotel seemed lovely.

  I took my children here in July. The hotel is clean and tidy the house keeping do a realtor good job. We arrived early and were able to use all facilities before getting our room key. Enough food for difficult eater I have a fussy eater. My youngest son got lost one night and the receptionist who found him was amazing I can’t remember her name but she found out his room by scanning his wrist band. The lifts are a down side to this hotel as you have to wait a long time for them and the entertainment wasn’t amazing. But I would return again.

  Visited for 5 days with my 16 year old son and his friend Had a great holiday - food in the buffet restaurant was fantastic SO much choice! Always so many delicious varied options. Pools and slides were great, never got too busy and weren’t too cold either.

  Fantastic hotel and amenities. So much entertainment for the kids, we also took our dog, when we arrived in the room there a lovely large dog bed for her and a food and water bowl with a treat too. Room was really clean even though we wasn’t in it very much it had ample space and a kitchenette. Maybe some more utensils could be added we didn’t cook as we went all inclusive. But larger mugs maybe especially for the British as we do like a cup of tea, but there was kettle which most hotels don’t have. The restaurant ran really smoothly you get given a time slot to go so there’s no long waits. You’re given a table all set up lovely. Cava available every morning why not it’s your holiday or break away. So much choice of food and there’s a section for children where the counter is lower so they too can choose their own food. The staff were fantastic and constantly refreshing food both hot and cold. Snacks available all day so perfect for when you or the little ones have the nibbles.

  After reading poor reviews for this hotel, I wasn't quite sure what to expect but I was very pleasantly surprised, and I hope to go back next year. The rooms were very large, comprising of cooker, microwave, kettle and fridge. Unusual for an all-inclusive but made use of all these features. The balcony faced South, so we had the sun rising from the East to West and caught it all day, in fact, all the rooms faced South in our block. The pool was excellent and well used by us. Food was typical Spanish but there was plenty of it and available all day, and if anyone couldn't find something to eat then they need to go for a 5-star hotel and pay 5-star prices.
