  Fantastic hotel and amenities. So much entertainment for the kids, we also took our dog, when we arrived in the room there a lovely large dog bed for her and a food and water bowl with a treat too. Room was really clean even though we wasn’t in it very much it had ample space and a kitchenette. Maybe some more utensils could be added we didn’t cook as we went all inclusive. But larger mugs maybe especially for the British as we do like a cup of tea, but there was kettle which most hotels don’t have. The restaurant ran really smoothly you get given a time slot to go so there’s no long waits. You’re given a table all set up lovely. Cava available every morning why not it’s your holiday or break away. So much choice of food and there’s a section for children where the counter is lower so they too can choose their own food. The staff were fantastic and constantly refreshing food both hot and cold. Snacks available all day so perfect for when you or the little ones have the nibbles.

  After reading poor reviews for this hotel, I wasn't quite sure what to expect but I was very pleasantly surprised, and I hope to go back next year. The rooms were very large, comprising of cooker, microwave, kettle and fridge. Unusual for an all-inclusive but made use of all these features. The balcony faced South, so we had the sun rising from the East to West and caught it all day, in fact, all the rooms faced South in our block. The pool was excellent and well used by us. Food was typical Spanish but there was plenty of it and available all day, and if anyone couldn't find something to eat then they need to go for a 5-star hotel and pay 5-star prices.

  We have just returned from magic tropical splash on Sunday October 2nd after an 11 night stay and would like to leave an honest review of my experience as I had read plenty of positive and negative reviews before travelling. Check in was fine and quite quick and I found the staff on reception helpful and friendly and our room was ready when we got there.Wristbands are used to unlock your room which I think is a good idea, save losing cards. The room itself was quite spacious if a little dated. The bathroom was quite small and the lighting in the rooms not very good. The hotel itself has plenty of bars open throughout the day, so getting a drink is never a problem, although I did find some of the bar staff quite rude. The pool area is lovely, with a swim up bar and is extremely clean and I never had a problem getting a sunbed. The water slides are also great. The one downfall for me was the food.

  Very large apartment clean and plenty of space kitchen area not up to much and not enough cups only 2 in room for 4 people but reception sorted that and with all inclusive you don’t need a kitchen . Nice view from balcony! Pool was lovely a little cold at first very noisy but expected that there is an adult sunbathing rooftop area with jacuzzi which was perfect . Food was ok plenty of choice very busy in restaurant but the cafe was perfect for us and open all day to get food and snacks . A lovely beach 5 mins walk the sea was lovely and warm . We took a taxi into the old and new town and prices were not too bad there is s bus that goes as well . Can’t believe the amount of bad reviews as we didn’t experience any issues with this hotel and would return
